Description

Honey Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bombs are delicious, bite-sized snacks made by wrapping seasoned chicken pieces in dough and baking them until golden brown. They are infused with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce and topped with grated Parmesan cheese, offering a delightful combination of flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the honey garlic sauce. Reserve half for drizzling later.
  4. Combine the chicken, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese with the remaining honey garlic sauce in a large bowl.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  6. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly to encase the filling.
  7. Arrange the rolled-up Chicken Bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Drizzle the baked Chicken Bombs with the reserved honey garlic sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Feel free to customize the recipe by adding diced jalapeños for a spicy kick or swapping the Parmesan for Cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
