Description

Get ready to experience a mouthwatering combination of savory, sweet, and perfectly tender pork chops in this irresistible Honey Garlic Pork Chops with Buttered Noodles recipe. This quick and easy weeknight dinner is bursting with flavors that will have your family coming back for seconds.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounce egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until they develop a nice, golden-brown crust.

2. Reduce the heat to medium and add the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir to combine, and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

3. Return the seared pork chops to the skillet, turning them to coat evenly in the honey garlic sauce. Continue cooking for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through (reaching an internal temperature of 145°F).

4. While the pork chops are simmering in the sauce, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and return them to the pot. Toss the noodles with the butter until they’re evenly coated.
