  • 8 slices of crispy, crumbled bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded smoked Gouda cheese
  • 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 finely sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • a pinch of black pepper

Instructions

1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Gently fold in the shredded smoked Gouda, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and most of the crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping).

4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the reserved bacon on top.

Notes
