Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in the pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin spice until fully combined.
4. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Spread the orange frosting evenly over the cooled cheesecake. Use the black gel icing to create a Jack-O’-Lantern face.
