- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Brown the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Once cooked through, drain excess fat and transfer to a slow cooker.
3. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
4. Stir until well combined, cover, and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
5. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
