Instructions

1. Start by preparing your ingredients. Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Then, stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.

3. Push the onions and garlic to the side of the pan, then add the ground beef. Use a spatula to break up the beef as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes, until it’s browned and cooked through.
