Description

These Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Tacos bring the best of both worlds—juicy, seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. With the perfect balance of tangy sauce and crunchy toppings, these tacos offer the ultimate comfort food experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • ¼ cup ketchup

  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp pickle relish

  • 6 small flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • ¼ cup diced pickles

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine. Drain any excess grease.

  • Add Cheese & Bacon: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, allowing the cheese to melt and the ingredients to blend together.

  • Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and pickle relish. Stir until smooth.

  • Assemble the Tacos: Warm the flour tortillas, then layer with shredded lettuce, the beef-bacon-cheese mixture, and a drizzle of sauce. Top with diced tomatoes and pickles.

  • Serve: Fold the tacos and serve immediately for a mouthwatering, fun-to-eat meal.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, use spicy mustard or add a dash of hot sauce to the sauce mixture.

  • To make the tacos gluten-free, swap the flour tortillas for corn tortillas or gluten-free tortillas.

  • Make sure the beef mixture is hot when assembling to ensure the cheese melts perfectly in the tacos.
