  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well-incorporated.

2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one of the corners pointing towards you. Place 2-3 tablespoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and tightly roll up the wrapper. Use the beaten egg to seal the edges and secure the roll.

3. In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the oil to 350°F.
