Ingredients
- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 2 cup cooked pulled pork
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Scrub the Russet potatoes clean, pat them dry, and pierce each one several times with a fork.
3. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
4. Bake the potatoes for 50-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a knife.
