Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Stir everything together until well-mixed.

3. Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.

4. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each crescent roll triangle. Carefully roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides as you go.

5. Arrange the filled crescent roll bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops of the bombs with the olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is hot and melted.

6. Remove the Taco Bell Bombs from the oven and sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious homemade creation!

Notes

Don’t overfill the dough to prevent leakage.

Brush with olive oil for a golden-brown color and crispy texture.

Bake until fully cooked and filling is hot and melted.
