Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 2 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and cooked through. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
2. Cook the white rice according to the package instructions, and set it aside once it’s done.
