- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Season the beef cubes generously with salt and pepper. In a hot pan with olive oil, sear the beef for 1-2 minutes per side until a nice crust forms. Allow the beef to cool slightly.
- In the same pan, sauté the finely chopped mushrooms over medium-high heat until they’ve released their moisture and become dry. Once cooked, let the mushrooms cool, then mix them with Dijon mustard.
