Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

Instructions

4. Fill Muffin cup: Carefully remove the hot muffin tin from the oven. Quickly pour the batter into each cup, filling them about halfway.
5. Bake: Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the edges are puffed and golden brown. Do not open the oven door during the baking process.
6. Serve: Remove the Mini German Pancakes from the oven and sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Serve immediately with your choice of toppings.
