Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment or wax paper. Break graham crackers into smaller pieces and layer them in the dish to cover the bottom completely.
- In a medium bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham crackers, pressing down gently.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted.
