Description

One-Pan Bacon Cheeseburger Soup with Pasta is a comforting dish that combines classic cheeseburger flavors with a hearty soup, featuring ground beef, crispy bacon, elbow macaroni, and melted cheddar cheese in a rich, creamy broth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped pickles and parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crispy, then set aside.

2. Cook the ground beef and diced onion in the bacon drippings until the beef is browned.

3. Stir in minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Add beef broth and diced tomatoes, then stir in elbow macaroni and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

5. Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted.

6. Add the cooked bacon back to the soup, stir well, and serve hot with optional toppings.

Notes

For a healthier version, use ground turkey instead of beef.

For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream and cheddar cheese with plant-based alternatives.
