Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Sear the steak in olive oil until browned.
2. Add butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
3. Add pasta and enough water to cover; boil then simmer until al dente.
4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
5. Return steak to pot; mix with pasta and sauce.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute steak with chicken or shrimp.
