Ingredients

1 lb chicken sausage, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 zucchini, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz penne pasta

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
