Description

These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are the perfect combination of cheesy, buttery, and garlicky goodness! Stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese and baked to golden perfection, they make for an irresistible snack or side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  • Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
  • Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal and form a ball.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the cheese-filled biscuit bombs on the baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Optional: Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the warm biscuits for extra flavor.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy garlic perfection!

Notes

  • Feel free to add extra spices, such as red pepper flakes, for a spicy kick.
  • You can substitute the mozzarella with other cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for a twist.
  • If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat them in the oven to keep the cheese gooey!
