Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 1 red onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium temperature.
2. Mix the marinade by whisking together the BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
3. Combine the pork cubes, pineapple chunks, red onion pieces, and green bell pepper in a large bowl. Pour the marinade over and toss gently. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
4. Thread the marinated pork, pineapple, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
5. Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
