Instructions

1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cool water.

2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients: olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with pepperoni, mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, bell pepper, red onion, Parmesan, and basil.
