Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 3 cup heavy cream

- 4 cup rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 10.75 ounce cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. In a large pan, add the uncooked pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Place a lid on the pan and turn the heat to medium-high. Once the liquid begins to boil, remove the lid and allow the mixture to simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the chopped broccoli to the pan and continue to simmer until the pasta is al dente and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
4. Turn the heat down to low. Stir in the chopped rotisserie chicken and cheddar cheese soup. Mix until evenly combined.
5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the pan and stir until melted and creamy.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
