Effortless and Delicious: Sheet Pan Broccoli Tortellini Bake
Ingredients
- 16 ounce refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 4 cup broccoli florets
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss the tortellini, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes with the olive oil, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
3. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the baked mixture.
5. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Garnish with fresh basil (if using) and serve hot.

Optional: Cooked chicken sausage, sliced or Fresh basil for serving
