Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are smooth and creamy.
2. Gently fold in the chopped crispy bacon until it’s evenly distributed throughout the cheesecake mixture.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are moistened.
4. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
5. Scoop the creamy cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust, smoothing the tops.
6. Chill the cheesecake bites in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until they are set.
7. Just before serving, drizzle the chilled cheesecake bites with the caramel sauce, allowing it to cascade down the sides.
