- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted.
3. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sautéed spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well-blended.
4. Arrange sliced chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the chicken.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the filling and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
