Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, lightly crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and vanilla protein powder until evenly distributed.
2. Add the cashew butter, cream cheese, maple syrup, almond extract, and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft, dough-like consistency forms.
3. Scoop out approximately 1 tablespoon portions of the dough and roll them into smooth balls.
4. Place the protein balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
