Get ready to wow your guests with these mouthwatering Stuffed Crispy Bacon Chicken Buffalo Egg Rolls! These fried delights combine the flavors of juicy buffalo chicken, savory bacon, and creamy cheeses for a flavor explosion that’s perfect for any party or game day gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until the ingredients are well combined.

2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one of the corners facing you. Place 2-3 tablespoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling, then tightly roll the wrapper from the bottom up, sealing the edge with a bit of water to prevent leaks.

3. In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the oil to 350°F for frying the egg rolls. Carefully add the egg rolls to the hot oil, frying them in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Once they’re done, remove the egg rolls from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.

Notes

Serve your Stuffed Crispy Bacon Chicken Buffalo Egg Rolls hot, with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing on the side for dipping. If you have any leftover egg rolls, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. To reheat, place them in a 400°F oven for 5-7 minutes.
