These Super Simple S’mores Brownies deliver gooey marshmallow magic, rich chocolatey goodness, and crunchy graham cracker layers in every bite! A fun twist on classic brownies that taste just like campfire s’mores—without needing a fire pit. Quick, easy, and irresistibly decadent!
Ingredients

2 boxes of brownie mix (we used Ghirardelli)

Ingredients called for on the brownie mix boxes (usually eggs, oil, water)

1 package of graham crackers

2 cups mini marshmallows

2 (1.55 oz) chocolate bars, broken into pieces
Instructions

Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions.

Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare brownie batter as instructed on the box. Pour evenly into the pan.

Gently press whole graham crackers into the brownie batter in a single layer.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or as directed, until brownies are set in the center.

Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces over the top.

Place under a broiler for 1–2 minutes, just until marshmallows are toasted. Watch closely!

Let the brownies cool completely, then slice into gooey, irresistible squares.

Want a richer flavor? Use melted butter instead of oil when mixing the brownie batter.
