  • Author: Sofia Rojas
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Bacon is a crispy, flavorful side dish combining tender Brussels sprouts and savory bacon, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Trim the stem end of each Brussels sprout and remove any yellowed or damaged outer leaves. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

2. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half or quarters for large ones.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dried Brussels sprouts with chopped bacon. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, then sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F to 400°F.

5. Transfer the mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 to 16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding Parmesan cheese during the last minute of cooking or a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Experiment with spices like smoked paprika or chili flakes for a different flavor profile.
