Ingredients
- 2 cup mixed greens
- 1 pound grilled chicken breasts

- 1 avocado
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven or grill to 400°F. Drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips or cubes.
3. In a large salad bowl, arrange the mixed greens as the base of the salad.
