Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.

4. Take about 2 tablespoon of the chicken mixture and place it on each tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.

5. Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Lightly brush the tops of the taquitos with olive oil.
