Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 8 small whole wheat or high-protein tortillas
Instructions

2. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
