  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is well blended.
