Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup pickles
- Slider buns
- 2 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
1. 1. Start by soaking the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour, although for the best flavor, marinating overnight is highly recommended.
2. 2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. 3. Once your chicken has marinated, take it out of the buttermilk, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Dredge the chicken thighs in the seasoned flour mixture.
