Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Italian blend cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 4 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. 2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, Italian blend cheese, pizza sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly integrated.
4. 4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving about an inch around the edges.
5. 5. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough into a log shape and pinch the edges to seal.
6. 6. Place the stromboli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
