Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
3. Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
5. Starting from one end, roll the dough over the filling to form a log and pinch the edges to seal.
6. Brush the top of the Stromboli with the beaten egg and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over it.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden-brown.
8. Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and garnish with chopped parsley.
