Ingredients
- 8 ounce penne pasta
- 2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Boil the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the chopped spinach and half of the mozzarella cheese.
4. Gently fold the cooked pasta into the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
5. Pour the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
7. Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
