- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

2. Slice the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeño, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
4. Take a piece of chicken, stuff it with the cheese mixture, and wrap it with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
