Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 10 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly.
3. Warm the small flour tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
4. Take a generous spoonful of the chicken filling and place it on each warmed tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
5. Dip each rolled taquito in panko breadcrumbs and press gently to adhere.
6. Lightly spray the tops of your taquitos with cooking spray.
