Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup shredded hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled sausage until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined and fluffy.
4. 4. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread the hash browns evenly on the bottom. Layer with cooked sausage, diced bell peppers, onions, and half of the cheddar cheese.
