- 1 pound sirloin steak
- 2 cup Yukon Gold potatoes, diced

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season them generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set the seasoned steak aside while you prepare the potatoes.
2. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and 2 tablespoon of butter. Once the butter has melted, add the diced potatoes to the pan.
