- 4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or set a wire rack on top.
2. 2. Butterfly each chicken breast and pound to an even 1/2 inch thickness.
3. 3. Season both sides of the cutlets with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
4. 4. In a bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
5. 5. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
