- 1 pound ground chicken

- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
