Ingredients

Scale
  • 800 grams chicken breast, cubed
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 800 grams uncooked potatoes, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 120 milliliters milk (any kind)
  • 100 grams light cream cheese
  • 40 grams grated Parmesan
  • 50 grams shredded mozzarella
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

 1. Season the cubed potatoes with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and paprika. Toss with olive oil or cooking spray. Air fry for 18-20 minutes at 400°F, or oven bake for 20-23 minutes until crispy.

 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté for 5-6 minutes until cooked through and browned.

 3. Lower the heat. Add the milk and light cream cheese to the pan with the chicken. Stir continuously until the cream cheese melts into a smooth, creamy sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan and extra seasoning to taste.

4. Fold the crispy potatoes into the creamy chicken mixture and mix until everything is well coated.

5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the top. Cover the pan with a lid and let the cheese melt on low heat for 4-5 minutes until bubbly.

6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Choose chicken breasts that are similar in size for even cooking.

Dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes to ensure they become crispy all over.

Use light cream cheese to keep the sauce creamy without adding too much fat.

Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and a burst of fresh flavor.
