Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pound beef stew meat or chuck roast, cut into bite-sized cubes

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum to thicken
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Begin by seasoning the beef cubes. Toss them in a bowl with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Ensure each piece is evenly coated for a kick of flavor in every bite.
2. Next, arrange the diced onions at the bottom of your slow cooker. Then, layer the seasoned beef cubes on top, followed by the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic.
3. Pour in the beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle the Dijon mustard over the mixture, then stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
4. Cover your slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
