Loaded Bacon Breakfast Sliders are a delightful combination of crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and sweet maple glaze, perfect for brunch or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 12 slider rolls
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
4. In the same skillet, add olive oil and scramble the egg mixture until fully cooked.
5. Assemble the sliders by placing scrambled eggs on the bottom half of the rolls, followed by bacon and cheddar cheese.
6. Mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and drizzle half over the assembled sliders.
7. Bake the sliders on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
8. Drizzle remaining maple glaze over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Consider using thick-cut bacon for extra crunch.
