Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until it’s no longer pink. Remember to drain excess fat before moving to the next step.

2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.

3. 3. Toss in the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cooked ground beef, and crumbled bacon. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

4. 4. Pour the creamy mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and golden.

5. 5. Once out of the oven, sprinkle chopped green onions on top for a pop of color and flavor. Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread for dipping. Enjoy!
