A hearty dish combining the delicious flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger with crispy hashbrowns, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (30 ounce) frozen hashbrowns
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
3. In a large bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns, cooked ground beef, ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
4. Spread the hashbrown mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top, followed by crumbled bacon.
6. Bake for approximately 45 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with diced tomatoes and chopped green onions. Cut into portions and serve.

Avoid overcooking the beef to maintain moisture.
Check for even baking by rotating the dish halfway through.
