Ingredients
- 12 ounce penne pasta
- 2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cooked pasta, and frozen peas. Stir until well incorporated.
4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Smooth it out evenly and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Scatter chopped green onions on top.
