Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 ounce) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounce) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 ounce) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 3 cup tortilla chips
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef or turkey. Cook until fully browned and no longer pink, draining any excess fat.
3. 3. Stir in the taco seasoning along with the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Cook together for about five minutes.
4. 4. In a greased 9×13 baking dish, spread half of the tortilla chips evenly along the bottom.
