Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange the sliced kielbasa, chopped sweet potato, small potatoes, and broccoli florets on a large baking sheet.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
4. Toss everything together and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
5. While roasting, combine olive oil, butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano in a saucepan and heat over medium until melted.
